Lets people in your company know that something happened.

Tell someone only ever reaches people in your own company. Writing to customers and suppliers is the Reply step's job.
Use it for (once finished)
- Tell the depot team a machine has broken down.
- Tell a salesperson a quote is ready to review.
- End a workflow so someone always hears the outcome.
