Read the email
Picks named details out of the email itself, and optionally its attachments' text.
Where it goes: after Identify the contact.
How it works
Tick the fields to read. Each field has a description in the field library that tells the AI what to look for, for example "the fleet number of the machine, such as D-1042". The AI reads the emails on the work item, oldest first, with when each arrived, so "Friday" becomes a real date. Emails Rent Stream AI sent are never read as if they came from the sender.
Fields it cannot find are left empty. Whether that matters is decided by a later Check step.
