The dashboard
The dashboard shows the overall picture: how much came in, how much went straight to MCS, and where people were needed.
Choosing what to see

Headline figures
| Figure | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | Work items that arrived in the period |
| Went straight to MCS | Finished with no person needed, with the share of those finished |
| Handled by people | Work items a person approved, corrected or finished |
| Waiting now | Split into waiting for a person, for the sender, and for MCS |
| Average time to MCS | From the email arriving to MCS confirming |
| Time saved | An estimate from the minutes saved per work item set for each workflow. Shows "Not yet" until that is set |
