Signing in

Rent Stream AI is at rentstream.onmcs.ai. It works in any up-to-date desktop browser.

Joining​

You join Rent Stream AI by invitation only. An admin in your company, or your MCS consultant, invites you.

  1. Open the invitation email ("... has invited you to Rent Stream AI") and select Accept invite.
  2. Enter your work email.
  3. Type the code sent to it. No password is needed.

If you already use MCS Customer Club, use the same email: you sign in with the same account. If you do not have one yet, you are taken to create it.

An invitation link works once and expires after 7 days. If yours has expired, ask for it to be sent again. A new invitation replaces the old one.

Signing in after that​

Select Sign in, enter your work email, then type the code sent to it.

If you see "You don't have access to Rent Stream AI yet", ask your company's administrator to invite you.

More than one company​

Some businesses have more than one MCS database, for example one per country. Each is its own company in Rent Stream AI. If you belong to more than one, the company name at the top of the screen becomes a list: choose another company to switch. Your role, depots and approval limit are set separately in each.

MCS support​

When MCS support staff help you, they work in a separate support session. Anything they do appears in your company's activity log under their own name, marked as MCS.
